Michael Rivers joined V. Freitas Law with eighteen years of experience in family law, probate, and criminal defense. He successfully assisted families and individuals navigate the estate planning process to maximize the transfer of assets to their loved ones correctly and efficiently to minimize estate taxes. He represented hundreds of clients in over a dozen counties with misdemeanor and felony charges through successful negotiation, bench trials, and jury trials.

His experience both in and out of the courtroom, coupled with his enthusiasm for the law, enables him to effectively represent his clients in all aspects of family law matters.
